Hello all!

When we first thought of this idea…you know, introducing ourselves to you, I thought it was great and that I’d have a lot to say. Of course, now I’m finding that I still like the idea, but I can’t think of anything to write, which is new for me. So I guess I will start with a list of things you might want to know about me and, hopefully, I will eventually come up with something charming and clever to say…

• I recently graduated from UConn with a degree in English and I prefer the literature written by dead, old British people (mostly men) such as Dickens, Pope, Milton, Byron, Conan Doyle, Dryden, Finch, etc.
• I love, love, LOVE chocolate; Godiva is my favorite, but when I buy candy for a movie (at the pharmacy down the street, of course–don’t deny it; you do it too!), I always get something chocolatey AND something fruity-gummy–it’s the best of both worlds!
• I was a competitive jump roper for 11 years, for which my ankles thank me every time it rains, snows or precipitates whatsoever
• I have no problem watching the same movie over and over and over again, though I very rarely will re-read a novel (the exception of which is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers; I’ve read it 3 times)
• I am definitely a dog person and my favorite breed is the English Bulldog for two reasons: 1) unlike most other dog breeds, the English Bulldogs are cute when they are puppies and remain cute as adult dogs and 2) they are so fat, they waddle

Well, enough about me…I’d like to know a little more about some of our readers, so if you would like to share a little about yourself, or even just some feedback about the work that Heiphanie is doing, I’d love to hear about it!
